This is the Malkoff Devices MD3 "Wildcat". This flashlight produces 750 (measured) Out The Front Lumens. The Flashlight has a 12 degree beam with generous spill. The LED's are Cree XP-G's. The reflectors were custom designed by Don McLeish for this flashlight It will easliy light objects at 500+ feet. It has a High/Low function accessed by head rotation. The low output is approximately 40-50 lumens depending on batteries used.
It can use three CR123 lithium batteries or two rechargeable 18500 lithium ion batteries (use protected cells only). The runtime is approximately 1 hr 15 Minutes on high with two 1500 mah 18500's or Three CR123 primaries.
It is 6 3/4 inches in length with a 1 inch body diameter and 1.8 inch head diameter. It is constructed of 6061 T6 Aluminum with Type III Black HA finish. It is fully O-Ringed for weather tightness. An Ultra Clear Glass Lens is included. SureFire tailcaps which fit the 6P, C2, etc. will fit the body.
