All products are shipped upon custom design completion from Monday through Friday. We will make our best effort to ship all orders received the same day they are received. All shipments are subject to in-stock availability.
Due to overwhelming demand for international shipping we now offer shipping to the following countries. Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Norway, Germany, Denmark, Sweden, New Zealand, Finland, South Africa, France, Ireland, Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Greece, Italy, Brazil and Netherlands.
Flat Rate Shipping Prices: (International Shipping Includes Mandatory Tracking, and Signature Confirmation) Export and Import taxes are the customers responsibility. Actual Payment Price will be listed on all Customs Invoices/Forms. Please contact us if you would like us to ship to your country.

Our Return Policy
All items except otherwise mentioned, may be returned within 30 days from the original invoice date. There is no restocking fee for qualified returns. The merchandise must be in new and re-saleable, unused condition and in its original packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable. No refunds after 30 days. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items.
We do not accept returns via COD or billed to us in any way.
A return authorization number is required for all returns. To receive a RMA number please e-mail us to get an RMA#. When applying for a RMA number, please include your name, invoice number, reason for the return, email address and phone number. RMA numbers are valid for 14 days from date of issuance. Please ensure that the RMA number is visible on your return packing label. Any return or exchange without the RMA number will NOT be accepted. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on all returned items. It is also the customers responsibility to Insure delivery of all returned items.
