Malkoff Devices, Inc. manufactures a simple, drop-in module that replaces the standard flashlight bulb with a high-power LED providing over 200 Lumens of light for several hours using regular or rechargeable* batteries.

The Difference

Most LED flashlights are not bright enough for practical use or long-distance throw. Generally high-output LED flashlights that are bright do not last very long before dimming due to high heat generation. The Malkoff Device Dropin solves these problems with its patent-pending heatsink that allows use of a high-output LED (up to 240 lumens at 1000ma with a 3 cell Maglite^®) while drawing the heat away from the LED and driver.

A 4 D-cell flashlight operating at the rated output and utilizing a Malkoff Device can shine brightly for as long as 8 hours, then continue to operate at reduced output for several more hours!
